MySagedMoon.Etsy.com Purchases
Our Etsy store is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not available if the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we do offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
Customers can receive a full refund for purchases that never arrive, arrive late, arrive damaged, or do not match the listing description.
