After your purchase is complete, you'll receive a direct download link for your files.

• For smaller files: The download link will be included in your confirmation email.
• For larger files: You'll receive a PDF download with links to access your purchase.

For Etsy purchases:

• The download link will also be emailed to you.
• You can also access it anytime in your Etsy account under "You > Purchases & Reviews."

Please note: Due to the instant download nature of this product, refunds cannot be issued.

You will need to contact Amazon.com to return any items purchased through their website.  You should have received confirmation and tracking information from Amazon at the time you placed your order. You will need to contact Amazon to resolve this issue.

My Saged Moon is not responsible for issuing returns for items purchased through Amazon.com.

Damaged/defective product

• A free replacement or a refund will be offered if the problem is reported to the email indicated in your order confirmation email within 30 days of product delivery, along with the required photo proof. 
• We will need a clear photo of the received product laid on a flat surface in which the damage or defect is clearly visible.
• In the event of Delivery-related product damage -  a photo or video of the received product, where the damaged package, the printed product, and the issue are clearly visible.

• Customers can receive a full refund for purchases that never arrive, arrive late, arrive damaged, or do not match the listing description.

• If an order is being returned to sender/lost in transit, and an invalid address was provided, a refund of the product price only will be issued.

• Since products are only printed once ordered, returns and exchanges are not supported.
